This weekend's projects

I'm trying to create a cute, curated bookshelf. It's not quite coming together. I need some baskets. And advice... More books? Trying to group by color... Should I continue in that vein? Too much random stuff? By the way, I'm going to get a plant for the vase on the bottom shelf and I put the foam cowboy hats there so that our kid visitors can access them. 

Meanwhile, in the office...
