Today I am having Trader Joe's Decaffeinated Irish Breakfast. (I often prefer Decaf because caffeine gives me a stomach ache.)
This particular brand comes in individual packets. The directions on the box say to dunk the bag in and out of the water, but I don't see how that is possible since there is no string or tag! I just put it in the tea pot and let it sit for a few minutes and then use a spoon to scoop it out.
My recommendations for consumption:
Irish Breakfast tastes lovely with a little sugar and a splash of milk. Enjoy at breakfast or anytime all day! Irish Breakfast is a lot stronger and darker than a lot of teas, which is why I might use a little bit more sugar than I should! :)
